" initially started my relationship with Scott Donley who represented KellerWilliams. I didn't get to deal with him as much as I would have liked. there were some difficulties because a manufacture home was involved and an oversight regarding the location of Title papers which fell under 'vehicle..' but KW accepted responsibility for that in the end, so I have no complaints I do think they exerted themselves to help me, despite the fact that this was a small deal with relatively less value than others. ie. they showed integrity as far as I'm concerned there was a disappointingly low valuation of the property given by the lender's appraiser. Alex did what he could to bolster that up, and although it was out of his hands, I am pleased that he made the efforts he did to get the most money from our property."
